| 17. Selfhonored, stubborn, filled with the pride and intoxication of wealth, they perform sacrifices in name with hypocrisy, without regard to ordinance. Self honored: Esteeming themselves as possessed of all good qualities ; they are not esteemed as such by the righteous. They perform sacrifices without regard to the several parts and obligations enjoined in the scriptural ordinance.The materialists neglect of Divine Commandment. | ||||
